AREAS OF RESPONSIBLITY 工作职责范围

Achieves market share and revenue goals by workingwith the Director of Sales and Marketing on individual and team goals withinassigned market segments
通过与市场销售总监合作，从而达到市场份额和收入目标,在个人和团队的目标中细分市场份额
Maintains proper flow of information to sales team,reviews sales work file of assigned accounts
保持销售团队信息的准确性，检查销售人员负责的客户档案
Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual sales goals

REQUIREMENTS要求
Minimum one - three years hotel sales experience
至少一到三年五星级酒店工作经验
Local marketknowledge preferred
熟悉本地市场
Bachelor’sdegree preferred
本科学历以上优先
Experiencemanaging to brand standards
有国际酒店相关工作经验
Able tocollaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensureteamwork
良好的团队协作能力
Generalknowledge of contract laws
基本的法律相关知识
Proficientcomputer skills including Microsoft Office suite
常用的微软办公软件
Strongnegotiation skills
