Maintain the working condition of AC facilities; minimize the power consumption and operational cost; make a good record of monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance reports.
保证酒店空调设备正常运行, 尽可能降低能源消耗, 降低运行成本,做好各种设备的年度,季度,月度的保养与维修。
This position is concerned with repairs and maintenance of all electrical equipment including high tension, low tension ，air-condition system, mechanical repair, decorations and other related equipment.
负责空调相关设备的正常运转和维修保养。
 
1.      Shift hand over according to the regulations, be responsible for all related on the duty shift. On /off duty on time.
按时上下班，按规定做好交接班工作，交班后对本班一切负责。
2.      Periodically inspect and record the meter, well done the logbook according to the regulations.
定时按规定巡视抄表，记录，做好工作日志。
3.      Familiar with the power distribution system, could find out the key contactor rapidly.
熟悉酒店配电系统，空调系统，机械设备等相关设备能迅速找到关键节点。
4.      Responsible for electrical distribution box in Guest Floor.
负责酒店供配电系统，弱电系统，空调系统，给排水系统，装饰等相关系统的运行管理。

严格按照操作规程工作，杜绝一切人身、设备事故。

8.      Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
及时报告设备故障和维修缺陷问题。
9.      Hotel voluntary firefighter. Participate in fire trainings, fire drills and disaster relief activities.
酒店义务消防员，参加消防培训，演练，参加各种救灾活动。

除每天维修和运行工作外，应按规定的设备保养项目表进行保养项目及内容，不得随意改动，不准弄虚作假、偷工减料，按质按量完成设备保养计划。
13.    Responsible for equipment operation & maintenance on his own shift.
负责本班工作范围内的设备运行操作、维护保养，执行酒店有关经济运作规定。
