岗位职责/职位描述

This position is concerned with creating a royal and trustworthy staff, who take pride in their work providing the highest quality of food.

1.      To work absolute cleanliness.

2.      To monitor the complete understanding order with other commis.

与其他厨师保持良好的沟通

3.      To have a complete understanding and to follow up on hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

对酒店的防火措施,卫生管理,健康安全方面理解正确全面并致力去推进

4.      To respect order asking.

尊重上级要求

5.      To respect the Chinese Chef organization.

尊重中餐厨师长的运作方式

6.      To do not waste the goods.

不浪费食物

7.      To keep Chinese Chef aware of all items of interest.

协助中餐厨师长了解所有工作项目

8.      To know perfectly all foods items and methods in which way they were prepared in direct guest contact.

确保与客人直接接触时,对食品及加工方法具有丰富的知识

9.      To develop and complement training programs.

开发并完成培训项目

10.    To listen Chinese Chef recommendation.

听从中餐厨师长的指示

11.    To take part in to assist the Chinese Chef and the Chief Cook at the training.

参与协助中餐厨师长和主管进行培训

12.    To complement and maintain quality standards as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness.

确保并维持质量标准,如卫生及清洁标准

13.    Establish good guest relation.

建立良好的顾客关系

14.    To ensure all operating equipment / furniture are in good condition.

确保所有设备器运营良好

15.    Retain and groom staff by

16.    To have cleanliness appearance as well as a good hygiene and some clean uniform.

17.    To maintain a good communication with all other staff.
