TheSales Manager handles groups less than 10 guestrooms, as well as the cateringin house. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Salesin coordination with the Director of Business Development, implements all salesactivities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area ofresponsibility.
销售经理在销售总监的督导下，负责10间客房以上的团队及其在店宴会，通过有效的销售活动，在业务发展总监的指导下使他/她所负责区域的住房产量和收入最大化。
 
1.Implementsall sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and  geographical  locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2.Activelyparticipates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketingbudget.
积极地参与完成部门销售任务，为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3.Closelymonitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT /M.I.C.E. accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量，以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4.Assiststhe Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATRfor Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
协助高级销售经理和销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。
6.Attendsmajor travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotessales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
 参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间，宴会，服务以及其他设施)。
7.Planssales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director ofSales or Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling onaccounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager/ Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.
在高级销售经理，销售总监或业务发展总监的直接批准下对主要市场的地区制定销售拜访计划，对一些特别地区的市场进行电话销售，向高级销售经理或销售总监汇报潜在市场客户的需求范围。
8.Getknown all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts andproduction, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息，包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等，并定期向销售总监汇报。
9.Worktogether and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated withclient relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainmentand some activation.
与宴会销售紧密沟通并协同工作，通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
10.Takeresponsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group andcontracted clients and plan next step for future follow.
负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
