HelpFitness Center Manager to manage all aspects of Fitness Center Department. To plan, organize and proactively promote anextensive range of events and activities. To ensure that all Team Members are suitably prepared to offer the verybest standards of service to the guests. To ensure that the facilities are inthe best possible state of repair and cleanliness. To design, implement, monitor and maintainservice initiatives and administrative system to be creative.
协助健身中心经理管理健身中心。提前计划，组织大型的推广活动。确保员工能随时为客人提供高标准的服务。确保健身设备状态良好，干净整洁。设计，督促及保持有创意的服务计划。
1.Manage the Fitness Center operations by completing a checklist ofimportant daily tasks, making decisions that are in the best interest of thehotel.
负责健身中心的运转，日常工作的完成。
2.Motivates team members by leading by example and employing competentand consistent management practices.
通过培训与管理，激励团队员工。
3.Handles complaints promptly and efficiently, taking the necessaryaction, and informing the Guest Service Manager for follow up, whereappropriate. Follows up with all guests to ensure satisfaction with problemresolution.
采取必要行动，及时有效的处理顾客的不满，适当的时候告知值班经理或宾客关系经理。回访客人，确保客人对解决方法满意。
4.Involve in and work on the maintenance plan of facilities, sign themaintenance contract with the supplied if necessary.
参与并制定设备的维护保养计划，必要时和设备供应商签订维保合同。
5.Monitor the assumption of guest amenities to control the cost. 
控制和管理客用品的消耗，有效进行成本控制。
6.Control and manage OE to be within targeted loss and breakageboundaries and conduct inventory checks at least once a month and takeappropriate actions.
管理及控制营运物品在规定的破损和丢失范围内，每个月进行至少一次盘点并采取正确措施。
7.To prioritise the safety of guests andteam members at all times through ensuring safety regulations are followed,team members are well-trained to handle emergency situations and alert on duty,and facilities are free from safety hazards.
通过严格执行安全规矩及程序，有效的培训员工应付应急情况，确保员工值班时保持警惕，确保所有康乐设备设施的维护，避免安全隐患，来确保客人及员工的安全。

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求：
1.Interpersonal skills to provide overallguest satisfaction.
以较强的人际交往能力提高客人满意度。
2.Ability to work under pressure and dealwith stressful situations during busy periods.
能在强压下胜任工作。
3.Minimum 3 years experience or equivalentcombination of education and experience.
至少三年在相关行业的经验。
4.Holds Life Guard License
持救生员证。
