工作职责：1、负责酒店前台的日常接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续，处理预订及变更需求；2、准确高效地处理客人支付结算，确保账务清晰无误；3、解答客人咨询，提供酒店设施、服务及周边信息的专业介绍；4、协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求，及时反馈并跟进解决；5、维护前台区域整洁有序，确保工作环境符合酒店标准；6、与其他部门保持良好沟通，协调客房清洁、维修等事宜；7、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。任职资格：1、具备良好的服务意识和职业素养，热情主动，耐心细致；2、普通话标准，具备基本的英语沟通能力（能处理简单对话）；3、能适应倒班工作制（含夜班），抗压能力强；4、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel）及酒店管理系统者优先；
