工作职责：
1. 协助厨师长统筹厨房日常运营，合理安排各岗位人员分工与班次调度；
2. 负责菜品研发、标准化流程制定及出品质量管控，确保口味、摆盘与食品安全符合标准；
3. 指导并培训厨师团队，提升操作规范性、成本控制意识与服务协作能力；
4. 监督食材验收、储存、加工全过程，落实食品安全管理制度及后厨卫生管理要求；
5. 配合完成成本核算、物料计划及损耗分析，协助优化厨房运营效率与成本结构。
任职资格：
1. 具有5年及以上餐饮行业后厨工作经验，其中至少2年担任主厨或厨师长助理等管理岗位；
2. 持有中等职业技术学校（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，专业方向为烹饪工艺、餐饮管理等相关领域；
3. 持有有效健康证明及相应等级的中式烹调师职业资格证书（中级及以上）；
4. 熟悉食品安全法律法规及餐饮操作规范，具备较强的现场管理、团队协作与应急处理能力；
5. 无传染病病原携带限制情形，符合国家关于食品从业人员的健康准入要求。
