工作职责：
1. 负责餐厅日常迎宾、点单、上菜、席间服务及结账等全流程顾客服务工作；
2. 保持服务区域整洁有序，协助完成餐前准备与餐后收尾工作；
3. 主动了解顾客需求，及时响应并妥善处理服务过程中的合理咨询与意见；
4. 遵守食品安全与操作规范，配合完成岗位相关卫生及安全要求。
任职资格：
1. 具备1年及以上餐饮服务类岗位工作经验，熟悉基本服务流程与礼仪；
2. 持有中等职业教育学历（中专、技校或职高），专业不限；
3. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识和团队协作精神；
4. 身体健康，能适应轮班制及站立作业，无法律、法规禁止从事餐饮服务的健康限制；
5. 无传染病病原携带者就业限制情形，符合国家关于餐饮行业从业人员健康要求。
