工作职责：
1. 牵头酒店薪酬体系运营：含月度薪资核算与发放、个税申报、社保公积金及商业保险全流程管理，确保合规、准确、及时；
2. 管理考勤系统与数据审核，支撑薪酬发放审批闭环，优化考勤－薪酬联动机制；
3. 开展人工成本分析与预测，编制薪酬福利专项报告，支持人力预算及效能决策；
4. 统筹招聘全周期管理：含岗位需求对接、招聘计划执行、多渠道资源拓展、简历筛选、初试评估、面试协调及入职跟进；
5. 建设并维护人才库，分析本地招聘市场趋势，输出招聘效能报告及优化建议；
6. 推动薪酬与招聘政策协同落地：参与定薪规则制定、校招薪酬包设计、招聘成本纳入人工预算分析等跨模块协作；
7. 持续优化HRIS系统中薪酬与招聘模块的数据质量与流程效率，提供基础操作培训。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、应用心理学或相关专业优先；
2. 5年以上人力资源工作经验，兼具薪酬福利与招聘模块实操经验，有酒店行业背景者优先；
3. 熟悉国家及地方劳动用工、薪酬税务、社会保险相关政策法规；
4. 精通Excel高级函数及主流HRIS系统（如SAP SuccessFactors、北森、Moka等），具备数据整合与分析能力；
5. 具备优秀的多任务统筹能力、跨部门沟通推动力及职业化书面/口头表达能力；
6. 英语可作为工作语言，能熟练处理英文招聘材料及薪酬政策文档。
