MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
1. Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.
协调当前培训和发展计划,协助关键业务指标的达成。
2. Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.

3. Develops specific training to improve service performance.

4. Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.

5. Uses effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills.

JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位要求:
