MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
1. Responsible for the cooking of hot dishes and uses standard recipes.
根据标准菜单,负责西厨房热菜的出品。
2. Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with the standard set.
确保所有食物在准备和制作期间符合所定的标准。
3. Checks daily mise-en-place, cooking, preparation of all food.
检查每日零点的所有食物。
4. Prepares food requisitions, inter kitchen's transfers and checks the quality and quantity of food received from the food store and other sub-departments.
准备食物的请购单及验货收货工作。
5. Guides and trains the kitchen's personnel as instructed by Sous chef.
协助厨师长指导和培训厨房人员的工作。
JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位要求:
1. Minimum 3 years experience of a sizeable organization.
国际酒店或国内高星级酒店3年以上西厨房工作经验。
2. Communication & Leadership skills.
具备沟通及一定的领导技巧。
