MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
1. Of utmost importance is that every single person of the Health Club is participating in constant touching up / cleaning of the areas and provide a clean and hygienic environment for the guests.

2. Communicate additions and/or changes to the daily routine as they are surface throughout the shift.
换班时,传达每日增加或更改的工作内容。
3. Ensure that the entire set-up of the reception area are to the health club standards.
确保接待区域按照健身中心的标准要求摆放。
4. Ensure that all the associates are well groomed and greet all guests.
确保以良好的个人形象出现在客户面前。
5. Work within the team to ensure teamwork & good Spirit.
参与团队工作,保持良好的团队及个人精神风貌。
6. Be aware of any change in circumstance, situation, and/or environment to ensure the safety of the guests.
清醒意识到境况、位置及环境的变化,确保客户人身安全。
7. Make arrangements if any situation comes up to prevent any further damage to the given cause.
当出现进一步损坏情形时,采取相应阻止措施。
8. Observe the guests reactions and confer with the service which needs to be provided to ensure the guests satisfaction.
观察客户反应,协调提供服务与客户满意度间的差距。
