MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
1. Supervise Restaurant Operations During Assigned Shifts
在当班期间管理大堂吧的运营
2. Ensure all the staff to carry out the task according to the S&P
确保员工按照标准与程序完成任务
3. Complies with the hotel specific, guidelines of Marriott care standards. The incumbent will initiate systems and procedures to meet and when possible exceed guest's expectations
遵守酒店的规章制度及万豪关爱标准,推广相关系统的程序知识以尽可能的超越客人期望
4. Monitor cash handling and banking procedures
监督付款情况和每日的结帐工作和每日的结帐工作
5. Assist with functions
监督员工行使职责
6. Help to counsel staff and prevent work related problems
与员工沟通避免与工作相关的矛盾
7. Assist the manager with staff training and development

JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位要求:
1. Familiarize with the operation of the lobby bar
熟悉大堂吧的运营
2. F&B service skills and communication skills.
具备餐饮服务技巧及沟通技巧
3. Have more than 2 years of experience in F&B service.
具备两年以上餐饮服务工作经验。
