【岗位职责】
1、有效的控制开支以达到部门预算目标。
2、依照餐厅制定的标准程序和方法为宾客提供优质的酒水服务。
3、熟悉餐厅制定的标准程序和方法为宾客提供各类优质的酒水饮料的原料、制作、价格和所配相应的杯具，积极向客人推销。
4、负责吧台酒水的申领，补充和日常保管工作。
5、负责吧台的日常和月盘点工作，并填写销售盘点表。
6、做好吧台设备、用品的保养使其正常运转。
【岗位要求】
1、有从事相关工作经历者优先考虑。
2、热爱本职工作，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳。
3、身体健康，仪表端庄。
