工作职责：
1. 全面负责酒店宴会销售战略的制定与执行，统筹婚宴、寿宴、企业年会、发布会等各类宴会活动的市场拓展与客户开发工作；
2. 带领并指导销售团队完成年度宴会销售目标，持续优化销售流程、客户跟进机制及合同转化率；
3. 深度对接高端客户及渠道合作伙伴（如婚庆公司、会展公司、企业行政/HR部门等），主导重点项目的方案策划、报价谈判与合同签署；
4. 定期分析宴会市场趋势、竞品动态及客户消费行为，协同市场部策划主题营销活动，提升品牌宴会业务影响力与市场份额；
5. 协同餐饮运营、宴会服务、厨房等部门，确保销售承诺与现场执行高度一致，持续提升客户满意度与复购率。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上高星级酒店或大型餐饮集团宴会销售、会议销售或大客户销售工作经验，有成功带领团队或独立达成千万级年销售额者优先；
3. 熟悉宴会全流程运作，具备优秀的客户洞察力、方案策划能力及商务谈判能力，能独立完成定制化宴会提案与预算编制；
4. 具备较强的市场开拓意识与资源整合能力，熟练使用CRM系统及办公软件，有成熟客户资源或行业渠道者优先；
5. 形象气质佳，沟通表达清晰流畅，抗压能力强，具备跨部门协作意识与服务导向思维。
