岗位职责：
熟悉前厅部工作服务标准及操作程序。
熟练掌握酒店客房位置、客房类型、房价、折扣、酒店设施、营业时间以及特殊促销政策等。
积极发展温德姆会员。
与所有部门保持良好的协作关系，特别是客房部与预订部，确保做好房间控制工作。
熟悉满房及前台手工操做程序
仔细检查抵店客人信息，包括VIP贵宾、长住客、常住客、团体客人等抵店相关信息。
有效的礼貌的接听所有电话。
以微笑和友好的目光接触，问候迎接抵店客人。
根据预订及客人要求合理分配房间。
根据标准与程序为客人迅速办理入住手续。负责获取客人准确的付款细节以及其它登记信息。
把客人详细资料输入Opera系统，并注明客人的特殊需求及个人喜好。
根据操作程序为客人办理离店手续，确保客人准确付款，熟练掌握现金付款、信用卡、支票、外币支付和转账等有关程序。
为客人迅速办理有关客人提前离店、提前抵店、延住、延时退房、换房以及其它特殊要求并通知相关部门。
记录预定人姓名、抵离日期、付款方式、预订房间类型以及联系电话等。
适当解决客人投诉，必要时向主管或者宾客服务经理寻求帮助。
向上级汇报客人的投诉以及评价。
使用增销和启发性的销售技巧销售酒店的相关产品与服务。
保持前台区域和后台办公室干净与整洁
坚持酒店安全紧急和处理程序。
按要求参加必要的培训与会议。
在上级指导下执行其它任务。
任职要求：
了解酒店行业以及前厅部基本知识。
良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
英语良好者优先考虑。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-30岁
