【岗位职责】
1、负责餐厅日常运营管理，确保服务质量与标准流程执行
2、监督员工工作表现，制定排班表并协调人员分工
3、处理客人投诉及突发事件，维护客户满意度
4、控制餐厅成本，管理物资库存及设备维护
5、协助制定并实施服务标准与培训计划
【岗位要求】
1、大专学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先
2、1年以上餐饮服务或酒店相关工作经验
3、年龄20-30岁，具备良好的沟通协调能力
4、熟悉餐厅运营流程及食品安全规范
5、能适应倒班工作制，具备团队管理经验者优先
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：35岁以下
