Full comprehension of all beverage and cocktail lists inclusive of preparation, method and correct service presentation.
3.根据餐厅经理或副经理所制定的要求完成服务间（茶水间）每个工作时段的准备工作。
Service Bar “Mise en Place” every shift.  This must be to the standard of the restaurant as requested by the Dining room manager/ Assistant manager
4.准时做好咖啡、茶水和其他热饮的供应准备。
Preparation of coffees, teas and other hot beverages to the required presentation standard and temperature.
5.每日补充并处理酒吧的所需物品，正确、整齐、并有效的保管这些物品，包括向必要的纸质报告。
Receiving and processing of bar goods daily.  Correct, tidy and efficient storage of these items inclusive of all paper reporting required by your Supervisor.
6.对餐厅经理布置的各项工作认真负责，并能高效完成。
Take charge of individual tasks and responsibilities given to you by the Dining room manager or Assistant manager and expedite this to the specifications given to you
