确保对所在区域的客人提供最高标准清洁及对客服务
工作描述
1.按操作流程，在规定时间内保质保量具体完成对房间、卫生间的清洁打扫并根据清洁计划做好房间专项、周期清洁，确保符合酒店标准；
2.负责本楼层公共区域，工作间、储物间、消毒间等的清洁整理；
3.掌握房间状态和客情动态，积极的为所在楼层的客人提供日常及个性化服务，最大限度满足客人的要求；
4.做好交接班和安全保卫工作；
5.向客人提供开夜床服务；
6.填写各班的交班记录及房态报告
