职位概述：
负责健身中心各项目的经营策划，开拓市场，完成销售任务，处理宾客投诉，维护酒店利益，制定相关管理规范，保证服务质量。
工作描述：
1.行政管理：
负责年度销售目标的制定和完成；建立完善的销售管理体系，打造精英团队；负责健身中心内外活动的可行性研究等
2.安全：确保员工完全理解并遵守健身中心相关安全政策
3.卫生：确保健身中心设备随时保持最佳状态
4.优质服务：健身中心的工作重点是通过确保安全和服务质量获得客人的满意
5.账目管理：每月核对泳具报表与供应商、财务对账，核对员工提成报表；固定资产盘点
6.沟通协调：建立相关文件档案，接待卫生局、体育局检查等
7.完成公司领导交办的其他工作
