【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店厨房炒菜岗位的日常工作，确保菜品出品质量符合酒店标准；
2、根据菜单要求，独立完成各类热菜的烹饪工作，保证色、香、味、形俱佳；
3、协助厨师长研发新菜品，优化现有菜品，提升顾客满意度；
4、严格把控食材的新鲜度及使用标准，避免浪费，控制成本；
5、保持工作区域的清洁卫生，遵守食品安全及操作规范；
6、配合团队完成厨房其他相关工作，确保高效运转。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的中式烹饪基本功，熟悉各类热菜的制作工艺；
2、能够适应高强度工作，具备良好的抗压能力及团队协作精神；
3、对食材特性有较深了解，能够合理搭配并创新菜品；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，注重食品安全与卫生；
5、有酒店或高端餐饮行业工作经验者优先；
