【岗位职责】
1、负责凉菜间的日常运营管理，确保凉菜出品质量、卫生标准及食品安全符合酒店要求
2、制定凉菜菜单，研发创新菜品，定期更新菜品以满足客人需求
3、监督凉菜制作流程，控制食材成本，合理调配原材料使用
4、负责凉菜间员工的工作安排、培训及绩效考核
5、检查凉菜间设备运行状况，确保工作环境安全整洁
6、配合厨房其他部门完成宴会、自助餐等大型活动的凉菜供应
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的凉菜制作技能，熟悉各类凉菜烹调工艺及摆盘技巧
2、了解食品安全法规及厨房卫生管理规范，持有健康证
3、能够独立设计凉菜菜单并控制成本
4、具备团队管理能力，有带领凉菜团队工作经验者优先
5、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应酒店行业工作节奏
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与前厅及其他厨房部门有效配合
