【岗位职责】
1、负责厨房砧板岗位的日常操作，包括食材的切配、腌制、保鲜等工作
2、根据菜品标准准确完成各类食材的改刀、分档和初加工
3、保持砧板区域整洁卫生，严格执行食品安全操作规范
4、协助厨师完成菜品准备工作，确保出菜效率
5、合理控制食材损耗，做好成本管控
6、定期维护保养砧板工具设备
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础的刀工技能，能熟练使用各类厨房刀具
2、了解常见食材特性及保鲜方法
3、有较强的食品安全意识和卫生习惯
4、能适应厨房工作环境，具备团队协作精神
5、身体健康，能承受一定工作强度
