1.全面负责酒店会议，宴会，团队业务销售管理，制定销售策略与业绩目标，提升会议营收与市场占有率;
Overall responsible for the sales management of hotel conferences, banquets, and team business, formulating sales strategies and performance targets, and increasing conference revenue and market share.
2.拓展核心渠道，维护大客户关系，主导商务谈判与签约，建立长期合作;

4.管控销售预算，审核报价，合同与回款，把控业务风险；定期复盘业绩数据，调整销售动作;
