岗位职责/职位描述

协助全面落实酒店餐饮部的各项标准。

Assists to ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

确保凯悦关爱和餐饮宝典的贯彻实施。

Ensures that all Hyatt Care and the Food and Beverage fundamentals are implemented.

团队协作,主动灵活待客,顾客至上,酒店的大局为重。

Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success

of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

协助确保管事部的员工始终会以主动灵活的工作方式与其他部门的员工共事。时刻铭记我们的工作理念是“我们群策群力”。

Assists to ensures that Stewarding employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments,

in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.

保证按照操作手册使用餐饮部内的所有设备。

Ensures all F&B equipment and other facilities in the kitchen are maintained according to the Departmental Operations Manual requirements. 

努力满足餐饮各部门的需求。

Constantly strives to satisfy the needs of the Outlet by providing the necessary operating equipment. 

严格控制库存,和固定设施的使用。

Strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items.

保养和清理每个厨房及厨房内的设施。

Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchens and equipment. 

确保垃圾被及时清理,并确保每天放好卷纸及补满皂液盒。

Ensures garbage are disposed off properly and ensuring that paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are

filled daily.

向管事部经理报告所有问题,以进行解决和跟办。

Reports any difficulty or problem to Stewarding Manager for solution or follow-up actions.

确保正确操作清洗餐盘、杯子、碟子、银器等的自动洗碗机。

Ensures proper handling of the automatic dish-washing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers,

silverware, glasses and other dishes

确保根据所设标准洗净餐具、瓷器、玻璃器皿及银器。

Ensures tableware, chinaware, glassware, and silverware are washed and cleaned as per the established

procedures.

给员工安排培训提高他们的专业知识和技能。 

Conducts training to improve employees’ knowledge and skills.

协助进行每季度对运营设备及营业用品的盘点。

Assists in conducting quarterly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

根据酒店的“失物招领”处理程序处理所有“失物招领”物品。

Handles and reports “Lost and Found” items according to the Hotel “Lost and Found” procedures.

协助保证为每个餐厅提供洁净干燥的设施。

Assists to ensure that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment. 

协助保证为每个厨房提供洁净干燥的厨具。

Assists to ensure that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.

监督夜间厨房清洁工作和餐饮部的后场区域。

Assists to supervise night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food and beverage areas. 

确保所有的清理工作严格遵守后场清理条例和垃圾处理规定。

Assists to ensure that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are

cleaned according to established standards. 

确保按照部门营运手册的要求保养好厨房的餐饮设备及其它设施。

Assists to prepare and issue repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of the kitchen.
