To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.
To be entirely flexible and adept to rotate within the different sub departments of the Spa or any other Department of the hotel as assigned
To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
Must keep all areas clean at all time.
Must upkeep all pool equipment in and around the deck.
Makes optimum use of the pool equipment.
Performs any job related duties and functions as directed.

Responsible for maintenance/safety in Fitness facility and wellness room for members and guests.
Works in close coordination with the Assistant Manager-Fitness Center to ensure the smooth operation of the Fitness facility and wellness room
Responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, cleanliness and safety in the Fitness facility
Responsible for teaching any scheduled exercise classes that have been arranged by the Assistant Manager-Fitness Center.
Ensures that members and guests use the Fitness facility wearing the correct attire
Conducts a daily check of all exercise equipment in the Fitness facility and wellness room and records the repairs that are necessary as required by policy and procedures.
Ensures that there is always a minimum of one instructor on duty on the Fitness facility at all times
Maintains close contact with guests/members and communicates feedback from them regarding the operation of the Fitness facility and aerobic room to the Fitness Manager as required.
Conducts fitness evaluation/reassessments for members and guests on a regular basis with regards to the standards required.
Conducts personal training referencing guidelines under Policies and Procedures.
Conducts monthly fitness centre activities.
