Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HR System.
Ensures Training documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system as required.
Assists in ensuring all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Training Rooms and Library.
Assists in the preparation of the annual Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and the training needs of the associates.
Assists the Learning Manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses.
Assists with the coordination of the associate recognition programmes.
Assists in the compilation, implementation and upkeep of the following associate communications – Associate Handbook, Monthly HR Activity Schedule, TFYF Update, Associate Notice Boards, and Television Communication.
Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental social activities and associate award presentations.
Assists in the preparation of venue for the monthly Departmental Trainer forums and activities.
Assists in various campaigns to promote Hyatt good practices.
Assists by regularly checking grooming to ensure all the associates are adhering hotel policy and regulations.
Assists departmental trainer to conduct training in the respective department as required.
Responsible for monitor and inspect department training is implemented as scheduled.
