【职位描述】
协助财务总监准备，制定和更新部门年度预算，并确保部门目标及严格控制部门成本。
Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Finance Departmental Budget in close cooperation with the Director of Finance, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
确保部门有足够的日常运作的办公设备或易耗品。
Ensures the availability of any stationery or consumables required by any I.S. systems.
确保所有的软硬件都有合法的授权，并且及时更新。
Ensures that all licenses are complete and up-to-date.
建议酒店管理层有需要的其它电脑设备或软件，它们可以是已有或是未来的和新的先进技术。
Advises the management of the hotel on additional facilities that could be provided by either existing or further IS systems and technological advances.
从技术的角度提供酒店管理人员合理的建议，以减低酒店资讯系统的投入并最大程度的提高系统得效率。
Provides technical assistance, advises to Hotel Management Team so as to minimise overhead expenses and maximise productivity in all areas.
提供对酒店硬件系统用户的支持，对终端设备提供维护。
Assists authorised users in relation to operation of the Hotel’s IS system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.

Coordinates timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment.

Ensures that preventive maintenance required by any IS equipment in the Hotel is carried out appropriately.

Establishes and implements procedures to ensure backup of data of IS system.

Rebuilds data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.

制定酒店资讯系统失败应急处理程序。
Sets up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the Hotel in the event of system failure.

Provides manuals on the use of any IS systems and incorporates those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the Hotel.
建立必要的安全评估手段和措施以防止非法的访问和入侵。
Establishes necessary security measures to prevent unauthorised access to the IS systems.
对酒店的内外部审计工作提供技术上的支持。
Provides technical assistance to internal and external audit staff.
和市场销售和其它运作部门一起设置和保证数据的正确有效，以便提决策需求。
Works with Sales and Marketing Department and Operational Departments to set up and maintain clean relevant databases for management purpose.
