岗位职责：
1、负责收集、运送到店客人的行李，并送至所在楼层；
2、为客人提供留言转达，寄送包裹等服务；
3、能准确回答客人所提问题，负责酒店报纸的派送。
任职要求：
1、善于交际，沟通能力强，能处理突发事件；
2、言谈举止温文有礼，无不良爱好；
3、熟悉室内综合信息，对行李、礼宾柜台工作有所了解。
语言能力：中国普通话-精通年龄要求：18-30岁
