工作职责:
1:Ensure efficient guest registration, check out and telephone service. Observe guest assistant and ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure.

2:Direct and train guest assistance, Direct and assist GA in organizing breaks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and according to schedule. Submit monthly training report for GA.指导和培训前厅接待的同事,指导和协助接待的工作,确保所有工作按照计划高效完成。提交月度接待培训报告。
3:Review current day’s expected arrivals and check all special request reservations to ensure that they are pre-registered.检查并掌握当天的到店客人情况,并检查所有特殊的预定要求。
:4:Review the daily room availability and inform staff. Check status of departures on a daily basis.掌握每天客房情况,通知员工并协助好每天离店情况。
5:Relay all pertinent information to guest assistant, telecommunications, the following shift supervisor, and the Front Office Manager.将当班时候的所有信息分享至其他同事并汇报前厅部经理。
6:Coordinate with housekeeping and in room dinning or any other related department for any room change or late minutes changes.及时与其他运营部门分享一些客人预订信息及特殊的事项。
7:Ensure all necessary reports and forms are completed daily.确保每天报表的及时性及准确性。
8:Ensure modify Opera and profile with accurate information, spot check the R/C filing and credit card authorization.确保系统信息正确无误。
