1.食品卫生经理负责支持厨房部日常组织和运营的高效运作，并以勤奋和热情的态度来管理酒店食品安全，遵守当地和国际法律的所有方面。

2.食品卫生经理给予厨师长支持，确保在任何给定时间满足国际，当地和公司对食品卫生和食品安全的要求。

3.食品卫生经理记录所有日志表，确保所有日志表都按照标准填写。食品卫生经理收集填写的日志表并建立一个文件归档方法，以便在需要时允许并方便当局进入。她需要通知行政总厨任何引起她注意的问题。

4.食品卫生经理监测所有厨房的库存，冰箱，冰柜，干货仓库并每日检查日志表。
