岗位职责
1、必要的时候操作洗衣机，甩干机，滚筒，以及干洗机。
2、掌握对洗衣房设备全面的和最新的了解
3、确保所有客人衣物被仔细对待，把损坏率降到最低
4、申领洗衣房各类物品并确保化学剂等被恰当地使用，使用正确的数量以降低成本、提高质量，避免事故
5、维持客房布巾和制服的质量
6、管理督促员工，观察员工表现并向上级汇报向客人提供优质服务
7、指挥和保持部门间的工作流动
8、节约使用产品供给
9、培训新员工
10、检查洗衣程序
11、处理客人急需的清洗服务
12、汇报出故障的机器，以便及时维修
岗位要求
1、至少2年相关岗位的工作经验
2、有洗衣房详细操作的基本知识
3、能承受工作压力
