岗位职责：
1.向所有收银员按需提供换零服务，包括长周末或特殊情况的额外换零。
2.每日清点总出纳备用金，确保对酒店备用金的发出，退回和使用进行恰当控制，包括执行定期独立的清点，以保护酒店资金的安全。
3.向财务总监提出一切差异或不符合规定的事宜。
4.与人事部协商工资事宜，熟悉并掌握劳动法及个人所得税法的新增条款及规定。
5.收集并审核所有工资附件，定期准备工资报告，确保其及时完成，并协助月结。
6.对所有工资相关事宜保持严格保密性。岗位需求：
1.具有财会相关工作经验。
2.良好的书面和口头英语。
