岗位职责：
1. 及时满足客户需求并保持有效沟通。
2. 负责待宴会生意，最大限度寻找商机，保证与客户有效的沟通和各相关部门之间有效的协调。
3. 检查宴会运行和与相关各部门的工作，确保随时随地客人都享受到高品质的服务。
4. 在宴会活动结束后，进行总结会议和跟进事项。
5. 提供市场趋势的反馈，不断发展关系网络和总体销售目标，达到销售预算。
岗位要求：
1. 具有本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
2. 具有两年以上本地市场酒店工作经验。
3. 具有出色的展示报告能力和组织展示技巧。
