工作职责：
1. 负责酒店宴会、会议、婚宴等场地的市场推广与销售工作，拓展企业客户、社团组织及个人客户资源；
2. 接待潜在客户，提供定制化宴会方案，完成现场勘察、方案讲解、报价及合同洽谈；
3. 协同运营部门，确保销售订单顺利落地执行，提升客户满意度与复购率；
4. 定期分析销售数据与市场动态，参与制定季度销售目标及营销策略；
5. 维护客户关系，及时响应需求与反馈，处理售中售后相关协调事宜。
任职资格：
1. 具备1年及以上酒店宴会销售、会议统筹或高端餐饮销售相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉宴会销售流程及合同管理，具备良好的方案撰写、商务谈判与客户服务能力；
3. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队协作意识；
4. 普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力者优先。
