【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店餐饮产品的销售工作
2、制定并执行餐饮销售计划，完成月度、季度及年度销售目标；
3、积极拓展新客户资源，维护现有客户关系，定期拜访重点客户，提升客户满意度；
4、与酒店其他部门（如餐饮部、宴会部、财务部等）紧密协作，确保销售方案的顺利实施；
5、收集市场动态及竞争对手信息，分析客户需求，提出销售策略优化建议；
6、参与酒店餐饮促销活动的策划与执行，提升品牌影响力；
【岗位要求】
1、热爱酒店行业，对餐饮销售工作有热情，具备良好的服务意识和职业素养；
2、具备较强的沟通能力、谈判技巧及客户关系管理能力；
3、能够独立开展销售工作，抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作环境；
4、具备团队协作精神，能与各部门有效配合；
5、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基本的数据分析能力；
6、有中餐工作经验者优先
