工作职责:
1. 负责餐厅日常运营协调,包括餐前准备、现场服务调度、餐中巡台及收尾工作监督;
2. 指导并协助服务员完成点单、传菜、酒水服务、结账等全流程服务,保障顾客用餐体验;
3. 处理顾客咨询、建议与一般性投诉,及时响应并妥善解决现场服务问题;
4. 协助店长进行排班管理、物料盘点及基础卫生与安全检查,确保符合食品安全与服务规范;
5. 参与新员工带教与服务标准落实,推动团队服务意识与执行能力提升。
任职资格:
1. 高中或同等学历及以上,酒店管理、旅游服务、餐饮管理等相关专业优先;
2. 具备1年及以上连锁餐饮或中高端社会餐饮一线服务经验,有领班或班组长协助经验者优先;
3. 熟悉中餐/西餐服务流程、基本酒水知识及POS系统操作,具备良好的服务意识与应变能力;
4. 具备基础沟通协调能力与团队协作精神,能在快节奏环境中保持服务稳定性与主动性;
5. 形象端正,身体健康,能适应早晚轮班及节假日工作安排。
