岗位职责
1.熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布草。
2.确保正确使用设备和化学剂。
3.用友好的、有效的态度回答客人电话、处理客人要求。细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣。4.包装并把客人衣物送到正确的房间。
5.向客人提供优质服务，确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。
6.保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
7.遵守酒店的工作政策及程序，遵守希尔顿的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。
岗位要求
1.至少一年洗衣房工作经验。2.必须有关于洗衣细节的基本经验常识。
3.服装面料知识。
4.洗衣房机器操作。
5.能适应强度的工作和压力。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练
