Understand the composition of hotel revenue, and use this to evaluate the business of local customers and apartments, so as to provide data for setting prices in the future;

Pay attention to the pricing of all revenue departments of competitors, understand the dynamics and needs of the local market, and recommend appropriate actions related to hotel pricing and market portfolio strategy to the sales team;

留意竞争对手所有收入部门的定价，了解本地市场的动态和需要，并推荐适当有关酒店定价和市场组合策略的行动给销售团队；

Monitor and determine market demand through analysis of historical data and current bookings;

通过对历史数据和当前预订的分析，监控并确定市场需求；

Manage all reservation channels.

岗位要求：

At least 3 years working experience in the same position;

3年以上同岗位工作经验；

Good command of spoken and written English;

英语口语及书面表达能力良好；

Having the ability to collect and analyze the sales information of hotels in the same trade.
