JOB OVERVIEW
职位描述
•  Develophotel and marketing collaterals according to Brand standards for promotions           
根据品牌标准，制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品和设计。
•Provideall Project visual requirements within required timeline to ensure sufficienttime for proof readings and approval by senior managers                                                                    
• 所有的设计都必须有一个时间进度表，以便有足够的时间进行校对并由高级管理人员批准。
• Providetechnical support to Sales & Marketing team for all collateral,advertisement and design work                                                                                                                             
为市场销售部提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。
•Work with Marketing CommunicationsManager to ensure the creative and design meets Brand standards
与市场传讯经理合作，确保所有的创意和设计是符合品牌标准。
• Responsiblefor all hotel photo shooting and photo editing                                                             负责酒店所有的照片拍摄和编辑工作。
•Managehotel image database with official hotel photos and event photos to be used inhotel promotion                                                                                                                                    
 管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片和活动照片等，用于酒店推广。
•	Learn and be updated on the latest creative trends for design work                                  
 在设计工作上学习并经常更新创意趋势及相关信息。
•	Keep well and save every kind of art tools, materials and equipment. 
 妥善保管、节约使用各种美工工具、材料和设备。
•	Accuracy of completed design work according to Brand Standard

•	Bachelors/College degree in graphic design or related field. 
 平面设计或相关专业的学士学位/大专学历。
Expected to possess the following skills:
•	Strong knowledge and experience in graphic design and online marketing 
 较强的平面设计及线上营销方面的知识
•	Strong time-management skills and able to multi-task  
较强的时间管理技巧，能够处理多重任务
•	Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, graphic design, photo publishing and editing software 
 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件、电脑平面设计、相片处理和印刷编辑软件。
•	At least 1 year of relevant work experience or 4 years of combined university education and work-related experience.          
至少1年相关工作经验或4年的大学教育和工作经验等效结合。
