DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
· Maintains a par stock in
Housekeeping store and ensures that required supplies are available to all
floors.
·保持一个标准的仓储量，并能满足楼层的需要。
·Receives weekly requisitions
from supervisors in order to prepare General Store requisition accordingly and
submits to the Executive Housekeeper for approval.
·接到楼层主管交来的每周提货单后相应准备好总仓提货单，并呈交行政管家审批。
·Spot check requisitions against
the supplies in the pantry for accuracy.
·将楼层主管的提货单与楼层工作间的物品进行抽样对比以确保准确。
·In charge of issuing guest
supplies record-keeping of the same.
·负责客用品的回收和发放工作并使之保持一致。
·Report to executive Housekeeper
any difference in quantity or quality of received items, and of shortage of
supplies.
收到货物后，抽查其数量和质量。任何质量和数量的不符都要向行政管家汇报。
· Keep track and update all
records of goods received and issued accordingly.
做好所有收到和发出货物的登记工作， 并不断进行更新。
·Keep an accurate record of the
monthly consumption of supplies and store inventory, submit report to Executive
Housekeeper with the final figures at the beginning of each month.
精确记录月度消耗量及储备量，并于每月初将汇总报告交与行政管家。
·Check mini bar store for any
discrepancies. Liaise closely with Floor Supervisorand Room Attendants on daily
consumption, general store issuance and collection. 
密切与服务员合作，检查小酒吧的每日消耗，总仓发货，回收记录确保与记录相符。
·In charge of issuance and
inventory of mini bar items.
每天盘点小酒吧储备并负责小酒吧物品的发放。
·Co-ordinate and assist in
carrying out mini bar and operating equipment inventories. Submit
inventories/reports to the Executive Housekeeper at the beginning of each
month.
协助做小酒吧及运作设备盘点， 于每月初将盘点报告交给行政管家。
·Ensures that store room well arranged
and cleaned.
每日检查仓储室，保持仓库的卫生。
·Check the storeroom on daily
basis. Hand over keys before sign out for the day.
·确保仓库物品清洁，摆放有序。下班时移交钥匙。
·Perform other duties as
assigned by superior.
