· Prepare and execute F&Bsales and marketing plan

·To be activity involved in theHotels VIP loyalty card, data base collection
积极参与酒店VIP 忠诚卡数据库的收集
· Actively be involved in salescalls to key clients.

·Supervise, train and beresponsible for the hotels F&B sales team.

·To possess a thorough knowledgeof all F&B menus, promotions and communicational activities.

·To be well versed with productsand concepts of all F&B relatedareas of the hotel.

· Ensure that IHG and hotelspecific brand standards and policies are correctly applied to with regards toall F&B marketing related activities.

·Prepare, manage, monitor andanalyse all promotional activities.

·Constantly obtain feedbackthrough research from guests and colleagues and use provided information aspart of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenues and monitoreffectiveness of all promotions.

·To maintain an updatedcompetitor analysis and price variance report as outlined.

任职资格：
.Required Skills – 技能要求
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by
local government agency.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。
Good writing skills 具有良好的写作技能。
Leadership Skills 具有领导能力。
Good coordination with cross departments to achieve work objectives
良好的协调能力与各部门完成工作目标。
Good communication skill with channels or partnerships to achieve promotion objectives.

Qualifications – 学历
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field 
酒店管理，餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。
Experience – 经历
More than 5－years working experience or Chinese restaurants sales management experience. 
5 年或以上同等级别餐饮运营或中餐营业管理经验。
