Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
FINANCIAL RETURNS财务回报
Proactively seeks out opportunities to increase revenues for the Club Intercontinental.
寻找机会来增加洲际俱乐部的收入。
Assist to commence revenue budget preparation as per budget schedule.
协助根据预算计划开始准备预算工作。
Prepares monthly Program Statistics as well as other statistical reports pertinent to the operations of the Club Intercontinental.

Develops programs and reviews standards of service and facilities to target increased revenues and excellence in the local and international market.

Ensures that proper training of staff is done such that staff has the necessary skill to perform duties with maximum efficiency.

You will resume the duties of the Club Manager in his/ her absence

Your will supervise all Club Floor Attendants and Butler in all areas belonging to the Club Floor (Club reception, Club Lounge, meeting room), and GRO of member counter

You are to supervise and guide the Club Floor Attendant, butlers & GRO to ensure their performances meet the standards set

Ensures that all staff are aware of emergency procedures at all times.

GUEST EXPERIENCE宾客体验
You are to see that all guests are attended according to their individual needs and that the service is conducted according to the standards set

Maintains an active presence at the Club intercontinental to directly supervise the Service Associates attending to the guests.

Ensures availability of Club intercontinental & member related material supplies at all times.

Double checks guest folios for completeness and accuracy.

Confirms the number of “due out” guests and scheduled late departures.

Coordinates with the Concierge whenever necessary.
如有需要与礼宾部随时保持协调。
Ensures that entries in every registration are properly encoded in the computer system.
确保将每一位入住登记的客人资料都相应输入电脑。
Ensures ability of Club intercontinental staff to implement a manual back-up system for Front Desk functions in case of computer breakdown.

Administers the usage of safety deposit boxes.

Ensures group arrivals and billings are properly prepared and executed.

Maintains an operations logbook.

Oversees room allocations to ensure that guest requests are met while ensuring both guest satisfaction and optimum rooms’ revenue.

Advises the Guest Service Manager – Credit of any potential credit risks and other related guest problems.

Interact with guest at all opportunities, play a customer contact role.

You will handle and encourage guest comments and follow up the result

Monitors the quality of service in the Club Intercontinental to ensure that the standards are maintained.

Conserves water & energy by adhering to the environmental / energy conservation checklist for area.

Must assist and promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.

Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
