DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责

·         Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

·             Anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems

·         Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers

·         Adhere to hotel brand standards

·         Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests

·          Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request

·         Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS:

·         Attend marketing meetings/regional sales and marketing monthly conference calls

参加市场会议,地区月度市场销售电话会议。

·         Attend key marketing meetings and follow-up on meeting tasks.

出席重要的市场推广会议并跟进会议确认的任务。

·         Deal with telephone/fax/email inquiries

处理电话,传真和电子邮件的询问。

·         Arrange journalist familiarizations/visiting journalist programs and site inspections as required

安排采访工作,了解和拜访采访节目并在必要时进行现场考察。

·         Ensure administration documents required for marketing are correct (eg: internet listings, advertising, and booking of directory advertising)

·         Hotel online store, e.g. Wechat/meituan/OTA achieve target

·           Monitor hotel photography shooting/talent where required

·         Assist with promotions (eg: seasonal sales promotions and special events)

·         Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit

维护宣传品并进行抽查。

·         Co-ordinate generic IHG merchandise and hotel brand

·           协调洲际酒店集团的商品和酒店品牌。

·         Co-ordinate hotel brand standards collateral

协调酒店品牌规范宣传资料。

·         Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate

必要时审阅广告,宣传印刷品和新闻公报。

·         Monitor hotel generated content on social media platforms.

监督酒店在社交媒体渠道发布的信息。

·         Assist with brand standards policing

协助品牌规范工作

·         Work in line with business needs

依照业务需求开展工作。

·         Hotel yearly giveaway update

酒店礼品定期更新检查


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

任职要求

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent plus 4 years of related experience. Some supervisory experience also preferred.

学士学位及以上,4 年相关工作经验。具有管理经验者优先考虑。

This job requires ability to perform the following:
