Responsibility 岗位职责
1. Drafted comprehensive business reports, plans, summaries, resolutions and presentations of the hotel and official documents of the department.
起草酒店综合性的业务报告、计划、总结、决议简报及本部门的公文函件。
2. Attended regular administrative meetings, kept meeting minutes, and understood the implementation of decisions and resolutions.
参加行政例会，做好会议记录，了解各项决定、决议的贯彻情况。
3. Collected all kinds of reports, made hotel memorabilia and foreign affairs activities log.
汇总各类报表，做好酒店大事记和外事活动日志。
4. Handle daily reception, letters and visits
做好日常接待、来信来访等有关事宜
5. Examined external documents and internal documents.
审检对外发文、对内行文。
6.In addition to doing a good job as an administrative assistant, this position also serves as a Quality Inspection Commissioner and Hygienist.
该岗位除了做好行政助理的工作以外，兼质检专员和卫生专员。

Requirements 岗位要求
1. College degree or above. Secretarial work experience for 1-2 years. Good English reading and writing skills.
大专以上学历。具有秘书工作经验1-2年。英语阅读和写作能力良好。
2. Master general knowledge of hotel operation and management, and be familiar with secretarial work and administrative knowledge.掌握酒店经营管理一般知识，熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识。
3. Master the writing method of practical writing, understand the reception etiquette and etiquette.
掌握应用文撰写方法，懂得接待礼仪、礼节。
4. Able to handle general documents, correspondence and materials, with good coordination and reception ability.
能处理一般的文件、函电和资料，具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。
5. Good organizing ability, able to write various application documents, plans, summaries, reports, etc.
