SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务：

1.Assigned daily work fairly and equal.

负责合理、公平地安排每日员工工作。

2..Supervise rooms, follow up the hotel’s standard strictly, ensure the rooms are clean and equipment’s are in good condition.

负责检查所负责的客房，严格按照酒店的标准，保证房间清洁，设备设施良好。

3.Inspect all check-out rooms and room condition immediately, ensure the front office can lent.

及时检查所有退客房，更改房态，以保证前台及时出租。

4.Inspect all VIP rooms.

检查所有VIP房间。

5.Supervise job instruction and training for the staff and supervisors.

负责员工和主管的培训及工作指导。

6.Supervise the inventory and make a requisition monthly and weekly. Ensure all the things neatly.

负责每周每月客用品盘点及申领，保证客用品存放整齐。

7.Handle the guest complaints satisfaction important. Check again at the same time and response the requisition.

处理客人投诉，让客人满意是首要选择，同时要及时核查，回应客人的要求。

JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求：

1.Room working experiences for four years, Supervisor experience for 2 years.

四年以上客房工作经验，两年以上主管工作经验

2.Ability to communication

有良好的沟通能力
