SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务

1.Directly responsible for all Restaurant bars, Banquet bar, Lobby Lounge, by ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

负责对所有餐厅酒吧,宴会酒吧, 大堂酒吧通过有效的体制确保其正常运作。

2.Responsible for stocktaking and condition of the beverage store rooms

负责对饮料仓库的库存清点和调查。

3.Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training & resources to take care of our guests

负责维持员工的福利，通过对员工的培训和提供资源使其照顾好客人。

4.Responsible for the control of beverage costs in all outlets.

负责控制各部门的酒水成本。

5.Ensure that proper inventory, requisition, bar par and control systems are in place to maintain security and cost control of all beverage operations areas.

确保适当的进货,领货, 酒吧标准存货和控制系统以保证安全和酒水营运区域的成本控制。

6.Develop and conduct bar training seminars for associates in all outlets periodically.

定期发展和组织酒吧培训给各部门员工。

Profile of Competency 工作能力:

1. Minimum of three years of beverage operations management experience.

2. Demonstrated excellent alcohol and wine knowledge.
