Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers. To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.

10.协助计划和配合销售活动和时间，协助配合开发制作所有酒店促销材料，管理客户档案数据库。手工或以电脑更新客户档案。

11.对酒店产品及服务有高度了解，以便更好地向客户销售酒店的服务及设施。
