Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· Overall responsible for the operation, maintenance, energy saving and renovation of all hotel facilities and equipment. Manage daily operation, safety, team and cost control of the engineering department to ensure stable operation of electromechanical, HVAC, fire protection, weak current, elevator and water supply & drainage systems, and guarantee normal hotel operation.
· Formulate and implement annual, quarterly and monthly preventive maintenance plans, and establish equipment files and ledgers. Conduct daily inspection, routine maintenance and emergency repair for all hotel facilities, supervise repair quality and efficiency, reduce failure rate, and ensure all guest rooms, public and back-of-house facilities in good condition.
· Manage hotel water, electricity and gas energy consumption, implement energy-saving measures and analyze energy data regularly. Control operational energy cost effectively. Review material and spare parts application and procurement, manage inventory and maintenance expenditure. Supervise service quality, construction safety and annual inspection of outsourced maintenance contractors.
· Take charge of minor hotel renovation, refurbishment and facility upgrading projects, including plan coordination, progress control, on-site supervision and quality acceptance. Cooperate with large-scale decoration projects, propose reasonable technical improvement suggestions to upgrade hotel hardware quality and operating efficiency.
· Strictly implement fire safety and production safety regulations, manage key areas such as equipment rooms, power distribution rooms and boiler rooms. Standardize approval and supervision of hot work, high-altitude work and special operations. Inspect and rectify potential safety hazards regularly. Establish emergency plans for equipment failure, power/water outage and organize emergency repair and incident handling.
· Responsible for staff scheduling, daily arrangement, work allocation and on-site management of the engineering team. Organize professional skill, safety and service training to improve team competence. Conduct performance appraisal, daily supervision and team building, cooperate with other departments and complete all tasks assigned by management.
· 全面负责酒店所有设施设备的运行、维修、保养、节能及改造工作，统筹工程部日常管理、安全管理、团队管理与成本控制，确保酒店机电、暖通、消防、弱电、电梯、给排水等系统稳定运行，保障酒店正常经营运作。
· 制定并执行酒店设备年度、季度、月度预防性保养计划，建立设备台账与技术档案。负责酒店所有设施设备的日常巡检、维修、故障抢修，监督维修质量与时效，降低设备故障率，保障客房、公区及后台设施完好正常。
· 负责酒店水、电、气等能源管理，落实节能降耗措施，定期分析能耗数据，有效控制运营能耗。审核工程物料、备件申领与采购，管控库存及维修成本。监督外包维保单位的服务质量、施工安全及年度年检工作。
· 负责酒店小型改造、翻新、修缮及设施升级项目的统筹管理，包括方案对接、进度把控、现场监管、质量验收。配合酒店大型装修改造工程，提出合理化技改与设施优化建议，提升酒店硬件品质与经营效益。
· 严格执行消防安全、安全生产管理制度，负责机房、配电房、锅炉房等重点部位安全管理。规范动火、高空等特种作业审批与监管，定期排查安全隐患并落实整改。制定各类设备故障、停水停电等突发事件应急预案，组织应急抢修与事故处理。
· 负责工程部员工排班、日常调度、工作分配与现场管理。组织部门技能、安全、服务培训，提升团队专业水平。负责下属绩效考核、日常督导、纪律管理及团队建设，配合酒店各部门协作，完成上级交办的各项工作。

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Preferably with good around technical knowledge and skills for M&E systems,possess mechanical maintenance and HVAC troubleshooting capability for central air‑conditioning, air‑handling units and chillers.
· Possess strong overall coordination, communication, cost and safety management capabilities.
· Holder of electrical operating license, preferably 10KV high tension.
· Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
· Min 5 years’ experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
· 最好是具有全面的技术知识和维修机电系统的技能，具备机修、暖通（中央空调、风机盘管、冷水机组）设备故障判断与基础维修能力，能快速处理制冷、通风系统常见问题。
· 具备较强的统筹、沟通、成本与安全管理能力。

· 有机械或电力专业证书或相关学历。
· 至少5年酒店相关运做经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
