岗位职责

1.根据销售管理程序的要求，销售助理必须及时提供即时信息和报告。

2.与销售团队及相关部门的员工保持紧密地沟通。

3.及时有效地为客人办理预订和处理租赁合同。

4.及时有效地处理中介佣金申报事宜。

5.及时有效地更新客户信息及销售客户群资料。

6.及时处理电话寻问并尽量满足客户需求。

7.销售经理不在时，协助向未预约的客人展示公寓。

8.销售经理不在时，协助向客人尽快报价并尽量满足客户需求。

9.维护库存管理和文具清单。

10.保持办公室清洁。

岗位要求

1.有从事酒店前台、销售、公关等部门的工作经验。

2.具有市场调查和预测能力，能及时掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
3.有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。

4.优秀的英语口语和书写能力。
